Dado Café

For the island’s first coffee shop, we set out to reinterpret the codes of the traditional Caribbean house with restraint, in a warm, contemporary setting.

The orange-toned ceiling recalls the distinctive roofs of Saint Barthélemy, while the turquoise counter echoes the surrounding ocean. Pure colours, used with restraint, give the space its identity.

Designed to be both practical and welcoming, the low, generously curved counter creates a natural connection between baristas and guests, inviting people to linger.

A simple, sunlit place where local references meet a contemporary hand — a gentle interpretation of Caribbean living.
