Set in the heart of L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, in a charming former antique dealer’s workshop, this address is home to Honoré Brunch’s flagship. We kept the soul of the place while giving it a contemporary hand, bringing together the spirit of Provence and the American diner.

Raw materials, warm tones and touches of colour create a welcoming, characterful atmosphere. The kitchen becomes the heart of the project, set behind a generous ochre zellige counter, while a terracotta volume conceals the washing-up area.

The dining room unfolds through a series of intimate corners, punctuated by diner-style banquettes that bring an unexpected note to the Provençal setting. A considered selection of furniture and lighting gives the spaces their character and complements the dishes.
