Fontaine

For this sixteenth-century house, fully renovated and decorated, we set the existing architecture in dialogue with a warm, contemporary interpretation of the Provençal spirit.

On the ground floor, old arches and volumes are complemented by bespoke furniture designed to sit naturally within the architecture. A palette of ochres, browns and earthy tones meets terracotta, oak, travertine and lime, creating a soft, enveloping atmosphere made for family life.

The five suites were conceived as hotel rooms, with attention to every detail to create that feeling of being welcomed and immediately at home. Each has its own palette, while natural materials create a sense of continuity throughout.

The result captures the spirit of Provence through its volumes, colours and materials, while leaving room for our own decorative language: subtle contrasts, unexpected pairings and a balance between old and new.
